Who pays for our services ?

Please be assured, there are no hidden costs to you for our services. We are in partnership with a number of estate agents who charge their vendors a percentage of the sales fee. When a successful sale is made as a result of our introduction, the estate agent concerned pays us an introductory fee.

If there are no agencies involved, and we are the sole persons responsible for you buying a property, we offer you a “loyalty refund”. This is essentially our way of saying “thank you” to you for using our services. This refund could go a long way towards covering the cost of any rental property you may have stayed at during your visit, and perhaps your travelling expenses to and from Spain in order to complete your purchase.

Our Services to you

Where possible we will discuss with you your own personal preferences and needs before your visit. We can then register your name with the estate agents/property developers concerned. Throughout your negotiations, we will be happy to offer any help and advice you may request.

We shall endeavour to accompany you when you view properties together with any estate agent or promoter. After visiting the properties with you, we can discuss your preferences and offer our advice on the properties viewed based on our personal knowledge and experience of the local area.

You may also wish to consider renting out your new property and need advice on the ideal property to choose, in order to maximize your investment and income potential.
