The apartment is located on the outskirts of Almoradi which is on the northern side of the Segura River, on the southern Costa Blanca. Approximately 10 minutes drive away are the white sandy beaches of Guardamar, the Golf Courses of Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas. This is a well-established community; there are local schools, doctors with medical centres, pharmacies, police stations, post offices, banks, solicitors, a fire brigade, and public parks. There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
