Mar Azul - Villa D7, a 2 storey terraced villa, is some 80 yards from the sea shore.  The lower floor comprises living area, kitchen & WC.  Upstairs the rear bedroom has two single beds while the front one has a double bed as well as balcony.  Also upstairs is a bathroom with WC, bath and shower. To the rear is a small high walled yard, and to the front is a patio with palm tree, built-in barbecue and garden furniture, enabling you to dine outside if you so wish.  The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything for year round self-catering holidays incl: Washing machine, Microwave oven, hi-fi, DVD, VCR and Sat TV.   It also has heaters for those cooler winter nights.  A selection of items for the beach e.g. mats, parasol etc is also provided.  There is no phone in the villa but public booths are close by.  A local English management agency is employed to respond to any problems you may encounter

For that "get away from it, do as you please" holiday, it's an ideal location in any season. If you like it very hot and lively then go in the peak season. If you prefer it still hot but somewhat quieter then visit in Spring or Early Autumn. With the exception of the main public holiday periods e.g. Christmas, the Winter months are generally much quieter. In Winter the climate remains quite enjoyable although chilly nights can be experienced. So if you are seeking an escape from rush and routine, call me now!!!!

Although the number of developments continues to increase, Urbanization Mar Azul (Blue Sea) is one of the long established originals occupying a shore- side site about a mile south of Torrevieja. A grassed promenade planted with palms and succulents, separates the development from the sea where rocky shores contrast with secluded coves (5 mins walk) and maintained bathing beaches (10 minutes walk). The site has its own communal swimming pool (open during summer months only) and tennis courts. A local bus service also links the site with the town centre should you prefer it to walking. On or adjacent to the site are also supermarkets and restaurants. As in the town, during July and August the number of residents increase and visitors should be aware that the Spanish pace and style of life is somewhat different to that of the UK.
