The building has a lift for easy accessibility. A visit to the roof terrace provides breath taking views of the nearby Mediterranean, the town, and the salt lakes with mountains behind. The apartment is just a 10-15 minutes stroll to the promenade area. Car hire is not essential as you will find all you need almost on the doorstep.
Torrevieja is a popular Spanish seaside town, which attracts Spanish holiday makers and tourists from overseas because of its healthy climate, which averages 320 days of sunshine per year and also because of the facilities on offer. Torrevieja is about 35 minutes drive south from Alicante airport and 30 minutes drive from Murcia airport.
Just a five minutes drive away is a new leisure centre complex which includes a Bowling Alley with 20 lanes, Amusement Arcades, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Casino, Multi Screen Cinema, shops, many restaurants catering for all tastes - the Chinese restaurants in particular, offer very good value. The town is ideal for self-catering, as it offers a Hyper-Market 5 minutes drive away (Carrefour) and many supermarkets within the town itself, look for the indoor market for fresh fish, fruit, vegetables and bread.
Other local attractions include Go-Karting and an Aqua Park.
