The Apartment

This lovely two bedroom apartment located at “El Paraiso” (the Paradise), is available for you to rent from just £140 per week for the property (or £20 per night!). It is well situated; close to most of the attractions you need to make your holiday really enjoyable - only 600 metres to the sea front and with numerous restaurants and bars within easy access on foot. Therefore, if you do not wish to use a hire car or even bother with one at all, you will not miss out on much!

The property is nicely furnished and homely. The owners have included everything you may need to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. (See table below for details).

The El Paraiso apartment looks out over a nicely maintained park area to the front, and the communal pool at the rear. This pool area is available for you to enjoy throughout your stay, and is surrounded by a high fence for additional security. The apartment is well appointed as you can see from the facilities chart below; it does not get unduly hot in the summer, but there are ceiling and free standing fans available for your comfort should you require them. The property also benefits from satellite TV, which has all the U.K's terrestrial channels plus Sky movies and sports channels (around 30 channels in total) there are also many popular UK radio channels. However, there is so much to see and do around the area that you may not have much time to watch television!

Location and Activities

Torrevieja (old tower) is situated on Spain's Costa Blanca (white coast) and is midway between two international airports: Alicante and Murcia, about a 45 minute car drive to each.

* Either side of “El Paraiso” there are many “Blue Flag” (awarded for cleanliness and quality) white beaches. All kinds of water sports are available or just relax and enjoy the average 320 days of sun each year and bathe in the warm Mediterranean Sea.

* Four excellent golf courses are a mere 20 minutes drive away (another two are just an hour away).

* Tennis is available on the complex at El Paraiso, or you could hire a bicycle or try horse riding?

* Many restaurants and bars close by; on average eating out is a third to a half less than the U.K. A Chinese set meal may be had with wine or beer for around £4.00.

* How about a day trip to the lovely old port cities of Alicante or Cartagena ? – they are about an hours drive away from“The Paradise”, or take the bus - the bus stop is only a short walk at the end of the road.
