This two bedroom, ground floor self-catering maisonette benefits from hot and cold air conditioning, and is available for you to rent in Spain all year round at very reasonable prices - prices start at just £150 per family per week in low season (remember our prices are for the apartment per week, not per person!). The apartment is tastefully furnished with all mod cons, and comfortably accommodates a family of four. The apartment has a south facing aspect, and therefore enjoys sunshine all day long. (A fully extending awning is provided on the patio to offer you some shade from the sunshine as and when required). Casita Juanita is just a 15 minute drive from the town centre of Torrevieja and only a 15 minute leisurely stroll from the sea front.
NEW for 2005: New shopping centre just completed - located just a five minute stroll away, containing Bars, Restaurants, Supermarket, Beauty Salon, Video Rental, and a Bank. Many other shopping facilities will be included during the early part of 2005.
Also, just a five minute drive away is the new 'Ozone' leisure centre complex, which is situated between the Water Park and the Carrefour Hypermarket, and includes a Bowling Alley with 20 lanes, Pool Hall, Amusement Arcades, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Burger King, Casino, Multi-Screen Cinema, Shops, and many Restaurants catering for all tastes. New in March 2005: The 'Haberneras' shopping mall is now open, containing many Designer Shops, Bars, Children's Amusement Park, English Book Shop, Sports Shops, Electrical Stores, and a huge underground car park (currently free). All this under one roof!

Casita Juanita is situated in the seaside town of Torrevieja on Spain's Costa Blanca. Torrevieja is an ideal location for that relaxing self-catering, Spanish villa break, being just 35 minutes from Alicante airport, and enjoying some 320 days of holiday sunshine weather throughout the year. Whether you are looking for an activity holiday, or simply a relaxing break, Torrevieja can cater for all your holiday needs. There are miles upon miles of some of the safest and cleanest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca, where you can relax and soak up the sunshine in one of Europe's healthiest climates. If it's a more active holiday you are seeking, why not take advantage of the many sailing activities and water sports available, or maybe play a round of golf at one of the four championship golf courses in the area.
Arrival/Departure Times: You are asked not to arrive before 3 pm and to vacate by no later than 11am on your date of departure. This is to allow us sufficient time to prepare the apartment for other guests. However, during off-peak times, it may be possibile to relax these timings. Please ask if you require a variation to thse times and we will do our best to accommodate you if at all possible.
Communal Swimming Pool: The private communal swimming pool is located within the complex, and as such is just a few yards from the apartment. This also includes a separate paddling pool for the children. Access to the communal pool area is secured by locked gates, ensuring exclusive use to residents only, of this small community complex facility.
The apartment has a sunny patio, together
with a fully tiled terrace area at the
front, which extends to the side along
the length of the property. The garden
is walled and edged with conifers to provide
a degree of privacy and seclusion. A
gated driveway is located to the rear
of the property to facilitate off-street
parking for your vehicle.
A Bar-B-Q, reclining sun loungers and patio
furniture are also available for your relaxation. The
patio also has the additional benefit of
a fully extending awning to shelter you
from the sun when you require it.
Inside: All windows are fitted with mosquito screens to allow you to maintain a cool breeze throughout the apartment, without intrusion from mosquitoes or other flys. The lounge also has air-conditioning installed. The property consists of:
Lounge/Dining Room Complete with air conditioning, three-seater sofa/'bed, two-seater sofa, coffee table, cupboard storage space, 21” colour TV - complete with digital satellite reception, VCR, and a dining table with four chairs. Mosquito screens are fitted to windows in the lounge. There is also a ceiling fan installed in this room.
Kitchen American style, which includes: automatic washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, ironing board and steam iron, saucepans, crockery and cutlery. A range of storage cupboards, and a breakfast bar are also available for your convenience. (Instructions for most of the appliances have been translated into English, and are included in a loose leaf binder).
Bathroom Fully tiled bathroom with WC, hand basin, bidet, bath with shower over, electric razor socket, large wall cabinet with mirror and lights, and towels.
Master Bedroom Double bedroom with larger than average double bed. All bed linen, duvets and blankets are provided, together with matching bedspread and curtains. There are two bedside tables, complete with bedside lamps, and a generously apportioned built-in double wardrobe with drawers. Mosquito screens are fitted to windows in this bedroom. External shutter blinds are also installed for those mornings when you would rather wake up when you want to - not when the sun wants you to! A ceiling fan has also been installed in this room.
Bedroom Two Twin room with two single beds. Each bed is complete with all necessary bed linen, duvets, blankets and matching bedspreads/curtains. A bedside table is also provided together with a bedside lamp. This room has a large double wardrobe and a separate chest of drawers. Mosquito screens are fitted to windows in this bedroom. External shutter blinds are also installed for those mornings when you prefer to wake up when you want to - not when the children want you to! A ceiling fan has also been installed in this room.
To the rear of the property is a storage
area, and access to the off-road parking driveway
As an added security, the property also has gated access to the front and rear. External roller blinds are fitted to all windows, for that relaxing total 'blackout' sleeping atmosphere - but beware of the late lie-ins!
For your convenience, some three-pin extensions are available in the apartment to permit the use of your electrical appliances fitted with UK plugs. (The power supply in Spain is similar to the UK and is therefore compatible with most UK sourced appliances).
In the lounge, you will also find a loose leaf binder containing a detailed guide to the local area, together with individual operating instructions for all appliances provided within the apartment.
